About Northern Lights Resources Corp.
Northern Lights Resources Corp. (CSE: NLR | OTC: NLRCF | FSE: 0ZH0) is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on discovering and advancing copper and gold projects across North America’s most prospective mining jurisdictions. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company is building a diversified portfolio of exploration assets positioned within established mineral belts known for hosting significant copper and precious metal deposits.
The company’s strategy centers on identifying underexplored, district-scale opportunities with strong geological potential and advancing them through systematic exploration programs designed to create long-term shareholder value. Northern Lights Resources is focused on acquiring and developing early-stage projects while leveraging modern exploration techniques to unlock new discoveries.
Northern Lights’ flagship portfolio includes the Horetzky Copper Project in British Columbia’s renowned Babine Porphyry Belt, the Pup Copper Project in the Yukon Territory, and the 100%-owned Secret Pass Gold Project in Arizona. These projects are located in mining-friendly jurisdictions with established infrastructure, transparent regulatory frameworks, and a history of successful resource development.
The Horetzky Copper Project is situated within the highly prospective Babine Belt, a region that hosts several major copper deposits and mines. The project has demonstrated significant copper-in-soil anomalies and exhibits geological characteristics comparable to other notable porphyry copper systems in the district.
The Pup Copper Project, located near Dawson City in the Yukon, represents a promising exploration opportunity with multiple target areas identified through geological mapping and geochemical sampling. The project has shown encouraging copper mineralization and remains largely underexplored, offering substantial discovery potential.
Northern Lights also owns the Secret Pass Gold Project in northwestern Arizona, an advanced-stage gold exploration asset located near the historic Oatman Gold Mining District. The project provides exposure to precious metals and complements the company’s growing copper-focused exploration portfolio.
Led by an experienced management team and board of directors with backgrounds in mining, exploration, finance, and capital markets, Northern Lights Resources is committed to responsible exploration, technical excellence, and sustainable project development. The company continues to evaluate new opportunities while advancing its existing projects through targeted exploration programs and strategic capital allocation.
As global demand for copper and critical minerals continues to grow, driven by electrification, renewable energy infrastructure, and technological innovation, Northern Lights Resources is strategically positioned to participate in the development of the next generation of mineral discoveries across North America.
